Dark Chocolate may prevent tooth decat!

 

Eating a small piece of dark chocolate on a regular basis can help fight tooth decay. Not only can dark chocolate lower blood pressue and keep a healthy heart but research is showing Cacao, which is the main source in cocoa and chocolate, contains antibacterial agents which fight tooth decay. More specific the theobromine in chocolate prevents decay by eliminating streptococcus mutans, which is the bacteria that is found in the oral cavity that contributes to decay.

 

Make sure you don't get confused it is Dark Chocolate and NOT milk chocolate.
